What changes the plan
Ask the destination about the exact vehicle entrance, not just whether parking exists. An arrival driveway, service entrance and garage ramp can be three different routes. Request the height restriction and any known sharp grade changes; photographs help but do not replace the operator’s guidance.
Decide who will move the car and what the rental agreement permits. Do not assume valet handling is covered simply because the hotel offers it. Keep a legal alternative parking location in your notes and leave enough time to use it without blocking an entrance or rushing the handover.
Before leaving the vehicle, record its condition with the operator’s normal handover process and remove visible valuables. Note the garage level and pedestrian exit. For evening plans, confirm how you will retrieve the car after dinner rather than assuming every entrance stays open throughout the night.
